Priyanshu lives with his parents and one brother in a small house in a remote location in Jharkhand. The area where he lives has no proper health, water, and sanitation facilities.  His father works as a marginal farmer and his mother is a housewife. His annual income is about USD 259, not enough for this family to overcome their financial problems. His parents find it difficult to meet both ends. Priyanshu is attending a government primary school. His favorite subject is Hindi, the national language.
