Kevine is a cheerful boy who lives in Turkana County in the northern part of Kenya. He lives together with his parents, one brother, and one sister. They live on communal land in a hut made of iron sheets roofs and masonry walls. They get their water from a nearby communal tap. The father is the breadwinner who depends on the teaching profession; besides, he is a preacher too and the mother depends on selling vegetables. The family’s annual income is less than $ 360 which hardly meets their basic needs. This has made the family struggle hard to put food on the table, and get medical care, school supplies, home supplies, and other necessities. Kevine goes to a nearby school in their village and does very well in art and coloring. Kevine likes playing with handmade toys and rolling tires with his friends during his free time. Community leaders referred the parents to seek help from the ChildFund project to enable Kevine achieve his dreams. According to his parents, Kevine would like to be a doctor in future. Your support will bring a lasting change to Kevine’s life.
