Cheikh lives with his parents and siblings in a village located in the central part of the country. His father is running a small business whereas his mother is a housewife without any revenue. They live in a large family house which they share with other close relatives. The annual income of US $ 1,800.00 which the father derives from his business can only solve the most pressing needs of the family. Cheikh is not in school as he is still too young.  He stays at home where he enjoys playing soccer and other games with the other kids. He is helpful with small errands which he runs with much pride. Assistance from a kind sponsor would be of great help to this boy and his family.
