Maximilla is a happy girl who comes from the northern part of Kenya, Turkana county. She is raised by her mother and father. She also has one sister and two  brothers. The family lives in a palm thatched mud house in a communal. They fetch water from a community hand pump whose water is saline. The mother is the breadwinner of the family who depends on charcoal burning activity. However, the annual income generated from this economic activity is below 360 US dollars which is not enough to meet all the family basic needs. For this reason, her mother decided to approach the office seeking for further assistance. Maximilla is  enrolled in school. She likes singing games and dancing activity with her friends. Her mother would like her to become a  teacher when she grows up. At home, Maximilla, helps her parents in collecting firewood and rinsing dishes with her elder sister.
