Jazel is a chatty boy who lives in North Eastern Uganda with his parents and siblings. The family lives in a grass thatched hut made of mud and wattle. They practice subsistence farming, growing crops such as maize, beans, millet, and cassava every planting season for livelihood. The proceeds from selling part of their produce are not adequate to cater for basic needs like clothing, medical care, and good shelter and provide decent education for the children. The average monthly income of the family does not exceed US 10 dollars. Jazel attends school at the kindergarten five days a week and loves drawing pictures as well as dancing whenever music is played in the neighborhood. He enjoys eating millet bread, sweet potatoes, green vegetables, beans, and beef. His health and general progress are fair despite all the economic challenges the family is faced with. Your kind sponsorship shall be a blessing to this needy child and his entire family.
