Sponsor A Child

Sheku is a friendly and handsome boy with bald eyes. He lives with both parents in a round hut of two tiny bedrooms built with mud bricks with no toilet facility. They lived in a farming community located in the extreme north eastern part of Sierra Leone. He has not yet started formal schooling due to the distance from their community to the nearest school. This is also as a result of child protection considering his age. His father taps the locally brewed palm wine from palm trees which the mother sells to cater for the family. He is healthy and lives happily with his peers. Sheku hopes to start schooling at the appropriate age and if given the opportunity through sponsorship.
