Chaitanya hails from an abjectly needy family. After the demise of his father, the entire responsibility fell on his mother. She  works hard as a domestic laborer but earns a very low income of approximately US dollar 718 per annul, which does not suffice to tide over the financial problems. She is at her wits end trying to solve the mounting problems, but there is hardly any sign of improvement in their living conditions. Finally in utter desperation, the mother sought aid from this project in order to provide a better future for this child. Chaitanya is attending early childhood program. He enjoys playing with toys at home with his friends and he likes to draw pictures. His health is normal. Chaitanya has one sister.
