Emmanuel is a smart young boy handsome child who is the first child. He lives with his parent,younger brother and grandmother in a river side community north of Sierra Leone. The community lacks safe drinking water as a result Emmanuel is exposed to water born diseases. The family dwells in a mud brick house roofed with old zincs and sleeps on a locally made mattress with poor beddings. The mother is a petty trader selling cake as while the father is a bike rider. Their combined annual income of US$305 is not enough to cater for the family. They share a bowl of rice twice a day.Emmanuel is in good health and enjoys playing foot ball.
