Nisali  is a healthy graceful girl. She lives with her parents and sibling in a community located in the Uva region of Sri Lanka. She is learning in a primary school, 3km away. She is interested in drawing. She enjoys playing with her brother very much. Her father is a farmer and mother is a home maker. Farming is not easy, and the farm produce is always low due to small, fragmented landholding and unpredictable weather conditions, so his source of income is unreliable. The income they generate is always insufficient for their basic needs. Their house is partially built, it has cement floor, cement walls, and roof with asbestos sheets. They get drinking water from their well. Being from a poor background should not hold a child back. With your sponsorship the family could keep their children healthy, happy, and hopeful even when their financial situation is tight.
