Jariatou and family lived in the rural village in the west coast region of The Gambia. She and her parents are farmers and depend on seasonal rains to earn their a living. The combined annual income of the family is not enough to meet the family needs for the whole year around. Jariatou likes playing with peers and other childish activities. She is ion good health. Therefore, supporting her in the sponsorship program will enable her to achieve her future aspiration.  She is friendly and in good health. She has a sister and brother.
