Sponsor A Child

Taonga is a happy young girl who lives in a remote area in Tigwilizane community of Luangwa district approximately 340km east of Lusaka the capital city of Zambia. She is a needy child. Taonga lives with the single mother and grandmother. The familys main source of income is small scale farming. They own a small traditional land where they farm seasonal crops such as maize and pumpkins and later sell their surplus. They also gather seasonal fruits which they sell to there neighbours. The money earned is little hence unable to sustain them. The family barely lives on less than US$2 a day, hence their request for sponsorship.Taongas health is good and is not yet in school due to young age. Your kind and loving support through sponsorship will leave an indelible mark on the life of this child and family.
