Besufikad is a very cheerful boy who lives with his parents and one sibling in a destitute neighborhood with poor hygiene. He is in school and his favorite subject is Mathematics. He enjoys playing football with his friends. Besufikad wants to be an engineer when he grows up. His mother is a housewife and she takes care of the family. His father is a daily laborer, his minimal income is not enough to cover even their most basic needs. They plan to change their lives by being engaged in income generating activities and working hard. This can be achieved if they get some support and encouragement. The family lives in a small rented house. The community where the child lives in the area where most of the members of the community are affected by leprosy and some of them are living with HIV virus In order to overcome the poverty Besufikad is facing, he needs a helping hand.
