Margret the friendly and happy girl who comes from a family of three members living in the mid-western part of Uganda in a remote village where peasant farming is the only source of livelihood. Margret is the only child to her parents and she spends most of her time with the mother. She likes dancing and listening to music. The parents of Margret earn a living through peasantry growing majorly food crops only for home consumption on a small plot of hired land. However, family demands always force them to sell off the little harvest to generate income to cater for medical care, clothing, and shelter for Margret, but all this is not met because of the merger family income. On average a month, they earn an estimate 5 US dollars only. Access to health care is a challenge, the only available health care service center is 9 kilometers away from the family, oftentimes people lose lives being rushed to the health center because of the long distance. Your kind heart to sponsor Margret will enable them to participate in the organization and have access to a nearby health facilities and better livelihood programs.
