Dev lives with his parents, two brothers, and one sister in a remote tribal village in the eastern part of the Indian state of Jharkhand.  His father is a casual laborer earning approximately USD 410 per year. The meager income is not sufficient to take care of the household and other basic expenses.  The mother is a resourceful housewife. However, she cannot make ends meet despite her best efforts. The humble parents approached this project to provide the child with a better future.  Dev is attending preschool and loves to count numbers. He enjoys playing group games as well as hide and seek with his friends. His health is good.  Your kind sponsorship will be of great help to this child and family.
