John is a needy child who lives with his grandparents in a remote village in Tigwilizane community in Luangwa district located approximately 275 kilometers from the Lusaka the capital of Zambia. His grandparents are peasant farmers who grow maize, beans and pumpkins on a small scale mainly for their own consumption with  a little surplus for sale. However, the yields are sometimes affected by droughts associated to effects of climate change. Hence, their income is approximately $350 and not enough to meet all their basic needs. John recently got enrolled in primary school and his health is good. He enjoys playing ball games with his friends. Your support through sponsorship will go a long way in creating a better future for John and his family.
