Supakit was born into a disadvantaged family that lacks of various opportunities in many ways. He lives with his father, mother and 2 elder sisters in a small house. His family grows rice as a main career and their farming is much dependent upon forces of nature in each year. If it rained well, they might get sufficient crops to eat all year round and could sell some portion but if the rain was wrong, they might not have money to pay for the costs of harvesting and this would throw them into an extreme hardship. When free from farming, his father and mother would look for a job to do in the village and mostly it is agriculture which is short-term and low paid. Despite their hard work, the sum of income is still lacking, it is not easy to make ends meet and survive with uncertain employments and inconsistent income. As a result, the boys education will be at risk.
