Her health and general progress are good despite the wanting family situation the child is going through, she is a lovely girl and goes to one of the governments aided primary school, her favorite subjects are drawing and shading, both her parents are peasant farmers, However, the farm yields are ever affected by pests and unpredictable weather, yet it is the main source of income for the family. More so, this, subsistence farming is at times affected by poor soils, and practiced on a small piece of land leading to less yields, the crops grown serve for both home consumption and surplus is sold to the market. And here they earn a monthly income of less than US 30 dollars which is too small to provide basic needs like medical care, education, health care and other basic social services to Jane and the siblings.
