Feremusu is a smart young girl who lives with her parents and six siblings in a deprived rural community in the northern part of Sierra Leone. They dwell in a four bedroom mud bricks house with thatched roof and no toilet facilities. Her father is a local bricklayer while the mother is a backyard vegetable gardener. Their combined income hardly provides their basic needs. She is attending school in the community but lack most of the materials needed for quality education. She sleeps on a straw mat on the floor beside the bed of her parents. Feremusu is a promising child and likes to be in the company of friends while singing and dancing traditional music. Sponsoring Feremusu will change her life and that of her family.
