Ravy is a young Brazilian boy who lives with his grandmother and her husband, Silvana and Jose, and with a sister and an uncle, in a municipality which belongs to the metropolitan region of Fortaleza, state of Ceara. Their simple home has brick walls, rough cement floors and a clay-tiled roof. It is self-built and has a tiny bathroom. The father has abandoned the home. The mother lives and works in another area. Lucas (uncle) and Jose are unemployed at this time. The family receives a very small family allowance from the federal government, which is far from enough to meet basic needs. Ravy is intelligent and playful. He helps his grandma by filling the bottles with water. His favorite pastimes include playing soccer and tag. He is fond of animals, especially dogs and cats. Ravy is considered to have good health, in spite of the poor living conditions and diet. He attends a local public school and his favorite subject is Portuguese. His big dream is to become a professional soccer player when he grows up. Your support will make a difference in the life of this needy child.
