El hadji is a very kind and polite boy. He lives with his parents and siblings in one of the remote villages of the countryside. His father is, like most of the people living in this part of the country, a traditional farmer. He also works as a car driver. As for the mother, she is a brave housewife who stays at home to take care of the family. The annual income of US $ 800.00 which the father derives from his crops at the end of the season is hardly enough to solve the family’s basic needs. El hadji is attending the village elementary school where he is doing well. After school he enjoys playing with his friends and making toy cars. He also likes running small errands for the family. Support from a caring sponsor would be more than welcome.
