Priscilla is the youngest child and enjoys the love of her family. She lives with both parents and five siblings in a grass thatched house located in North Eastern Uganda. Priscilla likes playing with sand and dolls that are locally made with clay. She is not yet in school due to her tender age. The family is struggling to provide basic needs because they lack stable sources of income. They mainly survive on practicing small scale farming, growing crops like cassava, maize and sweet potatoes. However due to unpredictable weather and poor farming method, the yields are always low which affects their income flow. On average they earn about 10 USD monthly which cannot take them throughout the season. Priscilla likes dolls but the family cannot afford to buy one that makes her feel sad. With your support we believe Priscilla will get all she needs and live a better life.
