I introduce to you Oscar, a humble young boy who hails from northern Uganda, he lives with his single mother and his sister after his parents separated leaving him under the sole care of his mother who is a small scale farmer that she does on a very small piece of land that is even not fertile enough to give the family good yields. Oscar is currently enrolled in one of the community schools where he is currently attending his foundational studies but because he always has to walk a long distance for him to reach school, most times he misses school making him to perform poorly that may even at one point force him to drop out of school because he feels it is risky as he can even be abused on the way to school. His mother wishes that Oscar gets the best life that he desires but this has always not been so easy as she does not have a clear source of income to support her wish. You are welcome in the life of Oscar as your sponsorship will help him attain all the basic needs through empowering his mother with different skills of farming as a business to earn her more income.
