Estefani as her family call her is a very happy and curious child, who lives with her parents and in a rural community in the southwest side of Honduras. She stays at home with her mother who takes care of her while her father works as a farmer in seasons, to bring food to the table. She helps at home gathering firewood and fetching water. They live on a monthly income of $48 with which they cant afford to cover all their needs. They live in a house made of adobe walls, zinc roof and dirt floor, having no access to electricity services but getting some water from a well. Estefani is also a child who loves to play with dolls, singing and dancing; and despite her circumstances she stays healthy most of the time.
