Halimatou is a beautiful young girl who lives with her parents and 2 brothers in small mud block house. Her father is a farmer who grows few crops on the farm during the rainy season and her mother is a petty trader who also engage in different income generating ventures just to support her poor husband efforts. Her parent’s annual income is very little to help put food on the table, provides medication and ensure better living for the entire family. The main reason of parents enrolling this child into ChildFund Sponsorship program is to enable her have access to basic necessities of life which her parents cannot provide due to their limited income.
