Nanta is a young boy who walks to school, dreams of becoming a policeman, and enjoys playing football with his friends. Living in Central Java Province with his family in destitution, his parents income cannot afford proper education and healthcare for him. His father earns a living as a farmer while his mother is a housewife, their unstable earnings of USD 52.35 are still not enough to fulfill the family needs. He lives in a simple house made of bricks and cement, no private bathroom, bad sanitation, and a lack of clean water for them to drink. His health condition is fair but still needs better nourishment. To help these poor families provide adequate care and education for him, we are pleased to welcome him to ChildFund program.
