Jane is a humble, friendly and generous child living with her mother in a small urban town in Central Uganda. She does not leave with her father after the two parents separated and therefore Jane and the sister are cared for by their single mother. She goes to school and her favourite subject is English although she excels in Science. Her dream is to be a teacher in future. She enjoys doing house chores at home like washing utensils and cleaning around the house. Her mother does farming from which the family is able to get some money but not enough for food and other family needs. The average monthly income raised from the farm is 27 dollars cannot meet their basic needs. Jane has been left to miss classes due to late payment of school dues hence affecting her studies and robbed her of a key to success. Sponsoring Jane could grant her access to programs and opportunities that will through time enable Jane and her family live a bright future.
