Sadiatu is living with both parents,and a brother. She comes from the northern region of Sierra Leone. She lives with her family in a three bed room house built with mud and roof with old zinc that water passes through when it rains. She is healthy with no physical challange. She is attending the community primary school. She is in grade one. Sadiatu is good at story telling. Her parents are subsistence farmers who grow seasonal crops such as rice, groundnut, pepper and different kind of vegetables. After harvest, some are sold and as well reserved for food. Her parentss combined annual income is less than US $ 170 which is not enough to take care of the basic needs of the family. A potential sponsor can support Sadiatu to grow in a safe and secure environment and have access to become an educated and confident child.
