Luthfi lives with his parents in a small village in the Bantul District, Central Java. His father is a farmer and earns a monthly income of approximately USD 41.00, but it is not stable and still, not enough to fill the familys basic needs, his mother tries to help with the familys needs as a laborer and can make around USD 61.00 per month, Luthfi’s parents still tries hard to meet the familys day-to-day expenses. Therefore, he is potentially deprived of the nutritious food that he needs as a growing child. He is now attending preschool and wants to be a policeman someday with a hobby of singing. He has one older brother. Luthfis family lives in a rudimentary dwelling of adobe and brick, the roof is tiled. They possess proper sanitary facilities and use tap water. However, their family is still living in poverty. If a sponsor could give a hand to him, he could be brought up in a more healthy and happy environment. They do need an alternative income generation whenever it is necessary. His family wants to be a part of ChildFund program, and through our assistance, they can improve their standard of living.
