Seydou and his parents hail from a remote village of Souleymania where they have limited access to the basic social facilities. They dwell in a 2 room mud house. Like the other families in the village, the parents of the child have difficulties to connect with the weekly market in the nearest village due to the poor condition of the bush road. The main activity through which the child and parents rely on, is growing local crops that enable the father to raise about $290 USD yearly. With this little amount, the mother manages to prepare two little meals a day and get few clothes for the family members. Seydou is a kind little child who is attending school in the village. At home, he likes helping his mother with little chores that he can do. The child also likes playing with toys with his peer group around the compound. The child is in good health and silmply dressed. A kind helping hand from a caring sponsor will enable this little child to grow in good health and be educated.
