Shakuru is a humble and shy boy who loves playing ball games with his siblings and friends in the neighborhood. Shakuru and family comes from the Eastern region of Uganda, he lives with his parents and sibling in a one roomed house made of mud walls, metal roof and packed dirt floors. Shakuru is not attending any kind of formal education because of his tender age. Traditionally they are Bagwere by Tribe speaking Lugwere as their local language, social economically the family survives through subsistence farming on small piece of land which gives them low yields which cannot be sold to supplement on the income in additional the family has poor beddings which then renders the family vulnerable since they do not have any source of income. It is on that basis that Shekuru should be enrolled so as to benefit from Child Fund programs, so any kind support to the child will be highly appreciated by the family.
