Gabriel is an active boy who lives in a communal land with his parents and 3 siblings in Turkana County, Northern Kenya. They live in a palm leaves thatched house that is supported by sticks and walls smeared with mud and they draw water from a nearby shallow well. but the water is not safe for human consumption, which predisposes the child and the family to waterborne disease. The parents weave table mats and baskets which they sale, to supplement their livelihoods the family also keeps some goats earning an annual income that’s below $360, which is not sufficient enough to sustain their daily needs. The family through a village committee introduced him to the organization seeking for help. She studies at a nearby school within their village. He is in lower class. In addition, he loves playing football.  He aspires to be a teacher after completion of his studies and will be thankful of the aid granted to realize his dream.
