Michael is a charming boy who lives in Turkana County in the Northern part of Kenya. He lives with his parents and one brother in a palm thatched hut in the communal land. They keep goats for meat and milk production. His mother makes brooms to supplement family income. Total annual income earned is below US Dollars 360 and this is not enough to meet their basic needs. His mother came to the office to seek for support. Michael is enrolled in a nearby school and he likes counting and coloring. He plays football  and competes with other children. At home he helps his mother to wash utensils and picking litters around their compound.
