Manas fondly called as Timu has experienced only misery and hardship in his life.  His mother is a housewife and is being looked after by the family, father works as a mason, he works hard; his income is approximately US dollar 630 per annum, which is not at all sufficient to maintain the family.  There is abounding privation at home with no way out of their miserable plight.  Desperate and dejected, but keen on giving this child the chance of a better future thru education, the helpless parents sought aid from this partner. Manas is attending primary school and he likes to read Odia, a regional language. He enjoys playing ball games and group games with his friends. His health is normal. Manas has one brother.
