Tryness is a cheerful young girl who lives with her single mother and her four girls who are all girls. The family lives in Tigwilizane Community located in Luangwa district of Zambia. Being a single parent, its always difficult for her to meet all the familys basic needs as farming which is her major source of livelihood is affected by drought attributed to climate change. Hence, the crop yields are very low and hardly adequate to meet their needs as her annual income is less than $300.00. Thus, the enrollment of Tryness under the ChildFund sponsorship. Despite her economic status, her mother is committed to ensuring that Tryness attends school. Tryness is currently attending primary school and her mother want her to be educated so that she can have a better future. Her health is good and she likes playing ball games and dolls with her friends and siblings. Your support through sponsorship will help Tryness achieve her dream of becoming a nurse and have a better future.
