Pratikhya belongs to a very poor and needy family. Her parents are hardworking people. The father is employed as a casual worker and the mother works as a domestic laborer. Their income is too meagre to support the children.  Their earnings are approximately US dollar 600 per annum. The mother is resourceful at trying to make the most of what is at hand, but there is abounding privation at home with no way out of their miserable plight. Keen on giving this child the chance of a better future thru education, the desperate parents finally sought aid from this partner organization. Pratikhya is attending preschool and loves to recite nursery rhymes in Odiya, the regional language. She loves playing with balls. She keeps average health.  Pratikhya has one brother. Your sponsorship would help the child to have a decent life and a bright future.
