S.Swastika fondly called as Huiki, belongs to a poor family whose living conditions are pathetic and deplorable. Her father is working as a casual worker. Their income is approximately US 435 dollars per annum, which does not suffice to support the family or provide them with even one square meal a day. The mother does the household chores and catering to the family, but in spite of all her undying efforts, there seems to be no improvement in their living conditions.  Life is a mere struggle for existence.  Eager to provide this child with the chance of a better living, the desperate parents finally appealed to this project for assistance. S.Swastika is attending pre-school and likes to recite alphabets and numbers. She is very active and fond of playing with friends. Her health is normal. She is wearing a black thread on her neck.
