Thatyellem is a young Brazilian girl who lives with her parents, Elton and Tatiane, and with a brother, in a municipality which belongs to the metropolitan region of Fortaleza, state of Ceara. Their simple home, which is lent to them, has brick walls, rough cement floors and a clay-tiled roof. It has a simple bathroom. Elton takes some odd jobs as an unskilled laborer when available (he is unemployed at this time) and the family receives a small family allowance from the federal government. Thatyellem is curious, playful and sweet. She loves drawing and playing with dolls. She has a cat she is fond of. Thatyellem has been diagnosed as suffering from autism spectrum disorder (she is under treatment with specialists) and takes controlling medicines. She attends nursery school and loves painting and coloring. Through your support Thatyellem and her family will have the opportunity to participate in important projects in the areas of health, education and nutrition.
