Patience is a social and inquisitive girl living in Eastern Uganda. She enjoys playing rope-skipping games with her peers. The family rests its survival on farming where they grow food and cash crops on hired land. Besides the mother is hired to work together with children in gardens of other people to attend to the growing pressure of accessing family needs. Monthly, she earns US 25 dollars. This money is however spent on hiring land, clothing, medication, and obtaining a few scholastic materials for Patience and siblings. Due to soil exhaustion coupled with poor farming practices, the crop returns are low subjecting the family to dine on one meal a day. The home lacks space for child play leading children to enjoy play near a latrine that risks their health. She attends early childhood learning but her school attendance is irregular. Despite the situation, she is optimistic in life. Your kind support can put to reality her hopes.
