Ousmane was born in Tankorokalela where he lives with his parents. This village is located in the community of Fella hamdallaye. He is schooled and does the 2nd year at the primary school of his village. They practice traditional agriculture and sometimes small ruminant breeding. They have difficulty thriving for lack of electricity and drinking water, they sleep in family huts made of banko, covered with straws, they eat only two meals a day throughout the year. The father generates only 340 dollars, they struggle to have a favorable living condition. Ousmane is an admirable boy very wise, likes to play ball with his friends from the village, he is healthy no disability, wishes to have help to be a responsible in the future.
