Yearie is a cheerful child. She lives with her uncle in a small village closer to a mountain in the extreme north of Sierra Leone. They dwell in a deplorable house of three rooms with locally made beds from sticks and grass matress. The family fetches water from a shallow well which is not safe for human use, thus exposes the family to water borne diseases. The father is a voluntary community school teacher while the mother sells assorted fruits in the community market. They earn low income to meet the family needs. She is enrolled in one of the schools in a nearby village but lacks the support for good education. She lives happily with her peers and loves singing and dancing to traditional music. Yearie and her family will appreciate your sponsorship since it will bring success in their lives.
