Emmanuel is a cheerful young boy who lives with his parents in one remote villages in Tigwilizane Community in Luangwa district of Zambia. The family lives in a one roomed house which is made of locally acquired materials. They use firewood for cooking, candles for lighting while water is drawn at the borehole which is near their home. The family are finding it difficult to raise funds for their daily needs. This is because farming which is their sole source of livelihood is affected by prolonged drought attributed climate change  which further worsens the harsh valley conditions. Sometimes the family engage in odd jobs for support. Emmanuel has since been enrolled in ChildFund for sponsorship and is in primary school, dreams to become a teacher. His health is good and is a very active boy who always like playing soccer. Your support for Emmanuel will enable him realize his dream of becoming a teacher.
