Maye – as she is called in short – is an open-minded girl. She lives with her parents and siblings in one of the cities located in the remote countryside. Her father is a bricklayer whereas her mother a brave housewife who stays at home to take care of the family. The annual income of US $ 1,300.00 which the father manages to earn from his job is not enough to take good care of their family’s basic needs. Maye is in elementary school where she is doing well. After school she enjoys having fun with her dolls or playing different games with the other kids of the neighborhood. At home, she is helpful with small errands and the light house chores. Sponsorship would help this girl have a good education and succeed in life.
