This child family relies on farming, the father works on his groundnuts farm during the raining season and the mother work on her vegetables garden during the dry season where she grows carrot, lettuce and okra, after the proceeds are sold and directly used for the family basic needs. Their annual income is estimated to be US$420 which cannot cater for all needs of the family. Therefore, they need external support such as child fund sponsorship program to assist improve their living in the near future.
