Meet Luz. She grows up in the high and cold city of La Paz, the seat of government of Bolivia. She is a creative, joyful and talkative girl who enjoys playing with stuffed animals and dancing. She is in elementary school. Her favorite class is music. She dreams of becoming a baker. This healthy girl lives with her mom and 2 siblings in a rudimentary small dwelling made of brick walls, cement floor and metal roof. While they have electricity, they lack proper sanitation services. Her mother earns a living as a trader. The family income is around US $ 159.00 per month, which does not cover the basics and reaching the end of the month is a constant struggle. Like many children in this country, she needs your love and support to have access to better living conditions to grow up as a healthy and productive adult.
