Yarie lives with her parents and siblings in a small farming village situated in the northern part of Sierra Leone. They live in a three-bedroom mud brick house with no proper roof. It sometime leaks when there is heavy down fall of rain. Her parents are small scale farmers. They grow rice and cassava for daily sustenance. The parents finds it very difficult to provide their basic needs like clothes, beddings among others due to little income earned by the parents. The family annual income could be estimated at US$ 237.00. Yarie helps her mother to fetch water in her rubber bucket and they walk about 2 kilometres to access the water source. She always loves to be in the company of her friends whilst going to school every day. She is very friendly. Your sponsorship will help her realise her dreams.
