Sponsor A Child

Young and healthy Ya Fatou was born in a provincial village in west coast region  which is about 105kms from the capital city Banjul the Gambia. Child is calm and love to play with sibling. She dislike staying alone and enjoys caring others. The father is a farmer,while the mother does petty trading to complement the fathers efforts. Their annual income  combine together cannot provide the basic needs for the family year round,therefore child and family need support from childfund to realize their dreams. Yafatou is now enroll to start her education in her community  but poor economic back ground could be a vital factor to hinder the childs progress.

Ending child poverty begins with Yafatou. It’s easy. It’s impactful.
