Sarjo lives in the upper side of the West Coast Region of the Gambia whose majority are local farmers. She enjoys playing rope skipping with her elders and other kids within the extended family setup. Her father is a local mason. The mother is a housewife and does vegetable gardening in the backyard to reduce Borden of family daily upkeeps on her husband. their annual income is not sufficient enough to support all their children’s basic needs, such as education, health care, and nutrition services. She needs sponsorship to be able to have access to her basic needs.
