Sulayman and his family lives in a rural village, which is situated in the central part of the West Coast Region of the Gambia. His father is a small- scale seasonal farmer, and this is what he relies on for the up keeping of his family. Sulayman’s mother on the other hand cannot help to ease the financial problem in the family since she (the mother) is unskilled and cannot find any paid job. The familys annual income is approximately US $385. His hobbies include soccer and playing with toys.  He is also an intelligent little boy. He is in good health. He is the only child of his mother.
