Zainab is a little girl from the Northern region of Sierra Leone. She lives with her parents in a two bedroom adobe mud bricks house with unfinished dirt floors. Her father is a small scale farmer while the mother sells local foodstuffs at the market. Their combined annual income is estimated at US $280.00. The needs of Zainab are therefore often neglected. She sleeps with her parents on a locally made wooden bed with a grass mattress on it. She is attending Primary school in her village but lack most of the materials needed for education. Sponsorship will go a long way to restored hope to her.
