Emmanuel is a needy child who comes from a family of four children and he lives with his widowed mother who is not in any formal employment as she does not have any skill to offer. The family survives through the mother who does odd jobs in the community though the income generated is not adequate to meet the basic needs of the family. They earn an annual income of about US$400 hence the need for sponsorship. Emmanuel is in school and loves playing ball games.
